Nada Jannadi
Nada Jannadi is a Clinical Psychologist with a breadth of experience in clinical counselling and providing therapy to support adults and adolescents with:
- Borderline personality disorder (BPD)
- Suicide and self-harm
- Depression
- Grief
- Mood disorders
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- Marriage and relationship counselling
Nada received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of King Abdulaziz in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Nada also holds a master’s degree in counselling from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, United States of America.
Nada is an expert when it comes to treatments using dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and was trained at the Behavioural Tech Institute (previously known as the Linehan Institute) from 2018 until 2019 in the United States of America.
Nada works with families by providing a multidisciplinary approach in training all family members and caregivers. Parents and all people involved learn from finding the dialectical middle path through effective communication and tolerating distress.
Nada is also interested in mindfulness and self-compassion. She teaches her patients positive ways on self-reflection to tackle self-shame, self-blame and eating disorders.
